Window Reset Issue

I had my passenger window replaced but the reset procedure isnt working (Passenger switch is flashing and works, master switch doesn't work for passenger window). I noticed while working on it that the window goes higher then normal in front but stops in the back so Im wondering if it doesn't register as being all the way up for the procedure to work? Is this normal until the reset is done or is there some other part that may be damaged?

I'd guess something became unhinged or broke on the inside of the door.

I reckon, you should take it back to whoever "fixed" it and have them take a look see.

Yeah, It's been a few months but I think I may have to. A lot of people swear by this place but they may only be good at replace and move on not when there are issues so kinda wanted to get an idea of possible issues to bring to them or just in case. It is also 3rd party glass so maybe not the best QC on it and something was off in the new piece. The door glass replaces the whole arm inside and what not so doubt something got bent really is the thing.
