Never ending details

I bought the ned forest Oeming oil cooler in sept. Took out my payment instantly. Didn't receive a tracking number after a month. I emailed weekly and called weekly. Still no response. Disputed with my bank. Now dec they send me a tracking number but I just want my money back by this point. I tell them I disputed. They ask for an email forward, but I give them a dispute number. Now I get no response again. Worst customer service ever.

I ordered from them too back in October. Didn't hear anything for a couple weeks so I emailed them. Didn't hear anything for another week so I asked for a refund. Didn't hear anything for several days, so I disputed the purchase on my card and my bank issued a refund. A few days later someone finally emails me the day before Thanksgiving! I told them the situation and never heard back. A few days later I get a package in the mail. It was the oil cooler!! Given the circumstances I think I may just keep it due to their incompetent ability to check emails and properly respond.

Just ordered from them and luckily theyve been promply responding to my messages. Weird it takes so long for it to get shipped out. But $230 for an oil cooler is a god damn steal.

Why order from a shop that has 2 reviews saying their communication sucks and ship time is terrible if it ever happens at all?

Because people on this forum complain for no reason! Either way I'm not tripping too bad over it, my car has been in the body shop for 11 days now so not much I could do even if it showed up today.

That is a common occurrence lol. That's why the details are so important.

Either way hope you get everything squared away soon

I got my oil cooler today! 26 days from order to delivery...but I've waited longer for parts from Japan so it's not a big deal.

It can be a PITA to organize all the parts from the OEM oil cooler thread and I'm glad there's at least someone out there who can do it for us, and make it just as easy as ordering an external oil cooler. Just wish they kept this in stock so they could just ship it out right away.

Updat. I returned the item and they never said anything. Haven't refunded my money in a month so they literally stol me $235.00

Yeah. Before I got mine I had requested a refund, but didn't hear anything. So I had to go through my bank. Literally a week after that I got the stuff. So yeah their communication is very poor.

There are two types of companies out there that you could do business with.

1) Companies that ask for payment up front, and/or authorize AND settle your credit/debit card up front. They basically take your money to buy the goods, and make money. The drawback is that they are at the mercy of the supplier.

2) Companies that take your payment information, but usually do an authorization on your card. The authorization automatically expires after 30 days if no settlement is done, so they have up to 30 days to fulfill your order before the funds are released from your account or credit limit.

I personally prefer to deal with companies that don't take my money up front, because it's not fair. But to each their own.

BBB rating D+ I'm sure people might have a good service. Just my experience was horrible with them.

BBB is not a reliable source of reviews.

I can pay BBB money tomorrow and have any business become instant A+ overnight.

Wouldn't that mean if it is bad that they suck and don't care enough to pay the BBB off? Or can you also pay and have another business become crap? lol
