Just curious, why do you have difficulty getting things in and out of your trunk without scraping the bumper self .... ??

if it's to protect your car and you think it will be useful and worth the monetary investment then i say go for it

Find someplace to sell you 6 inches of 3M film. Be a fraction of the cost and do the exact same thing.

Just do what taxi drivers do, and drape a rubber Marriott Hotels mat over the trunk opening.

hahahahah you guys are awesome. Purpose is so people dont drag stuff and scratch it. I have one 1/2 inch scratch. I just cant keep looking at it. Looking at buying the T86 2017+ one. I need it to hide the small scratch and be useful.

Pop into a local sign shop and get a strip of vinyl like they use for signs. The stuff is durable and easy to work with and it comes in all sorts of colors. Chances are it will only cost a few dollars so you can change the color any time you want.

the STI one gives you more HP tho

Only the turbo version. The NA one is the same as the TRD.
