Dont know why my build thread was locked, but I have an update that needs to be shown, working with Colin Beck @ MRS Electronics with remote flashing of his Gateway device I now have a working fuel gauge/mpg/avg mpg and also working OEM engine temp gauge. Cruise control and CEL next. Previously we did power steering and engine rpm.

Good stuff! Bit by bit.

Good update. I have fallen a little behind on my swap but it's good to know progress is being accomplished elsewhere that will help the rest of us when we get to that point.

Haven't heard back from a mod, but the only thing I can guess was I was skirting some sponsoring rules by including non sponsor photos......so I've started it again using my name instead of a non sponsor, but all along its been my car .

Yep, when my engine lets go this is happening. I was waiting for this stuff to be worked out. Thanks for the update man.

These sponsor rules really inhibit progress sometimes. That's why Facebook car groups will end up taking the place of forums.

I'm anxiously waiting for this. I'm wanting to do the swap as soon as the kit is released. Will help me get away from my 1000whp C5 corvette build for a while. Wanting to do a simple cam only FRS build. :)

I didn't see this anywhere, but the mounts, headers and driveshaft were released from Vorshlag. Per Instagram, the slave cylinder kit, master cylinder kit, and rad parts will be released soon too.

what instagram are you looking at?
