Are you referring to the AT vacuum pump that's located on the passenger side of the engine ..... ??

If so, does it take any separate oil or is it oiled by the crankcase oil ..... ??

Just crankcase oil. Here, OP. Make sure you fully degrease the mating surfaces and then some. Recommend using acetone and those cotton makeup removal pads for the final wipe down.

Yes the vacuum pump for the brake booster. My original failed for some strange reason. Couldn't really find any info on servicing it. Ty for the bit of info gents.

Is there a servicing interval for this? Like changing its oil every few oil changes?
