DSS axles clicking

My rear right axle clicks when the wheel torque changes in lower gears (either changing throttle, disengaging throttle, engaging throttle). I've had the the axle nut and axle seal replaced. I had the same problem with the stock axles and thought that DSS axles would fix it.

These events may have contributed to the axle clicking:

1) Going 2 wheels off on the right side between turns 6 and 7 at Thunderhill West. I heard and felt a thud as the wheels went from dirt onto the start of the burm.
2) Spinning out to the right side of Thunderhill East turn 3.

Any ideas? Would it be worthwhile to do an alignment check? And if I saw a discreptency in the alignment, could that suggest that something is loose or not torqued correctly? I recall when I had the click stock axles, the camber on that side was -1.9, and after replacing it, it was back at around -1.

have you already tried tightening the axle nut on your current setup? that fixes the problem for most people. since you had the axle nut and seal replaced, are you sure that it was torqued correctly? did it still have the clicks after you had them replaced, or did it start only after your track day problem?

see my other post for reference.
I hope it helps.

Installing a fresh axle nut has never worked for me, the clicks would always come back after 1 event or even just starting from a steep hill. I never notice the clicks after the event (probably due to heat expansion), but on the next day.

The clicks started after (2), about 6-7 track days since the DSS axles were installed. (1) happened on my first track day on DSS axles.

I had the axle seals replaced at a shop, I don't think they re-installed the entire axle, just popped out the part that was inserted into the diff. The seals were replaced due to diff fluid leaking.

Thanks. Replacing the axle is a last resort option for me due to cost and wait time.

How sure are you that it's the axle? If two axles are doing the exact same thing, I would think it's not the axle.

It's only clicked a couple times on the left side if at all, but clicks often on the right side. Over time, the right side clicks more often.
