Stereo warranty issue

I have a 14 Frs and my stereo is acting up it hits pause on its own repeatedly, always hits cancel on its own when connecting to Bluetooth device so it doesn't even connect and calls the bottom left number on speed dial. might be an issue with the touchscreen but I called Toyota and they said warranty covers it if under 36,000 miles and I took it once but they said the technician couldn't duplicate any of the issues so they can't fix it but the stereo doesn't do it on command so I can't force it to mess up and nowI'm at 35,910 miles so now sure what to do.

Hello Gettingsideways86 and welcome to posting to the forum......

Back in the day, I would have suggested that you pound on the radio till it either works right or it caves in. If the latter, then take it back to the dealer and tell him your radio quit working.

OR

You may consider posting over in the electronics section of this forum and see if someone over there can help you.

I hope you get it sorted out.
