Pioneer AVIC-X930BT or? X9310BT Forgot Password
I have a 2013 BRZ and since OEM have a garbage 440 CCA rating on the battery; I had to do the whole trickle charge, test and battery replace. Expected in Canadian weather. Only complaint is that the push start on the sport-tech does not allow for a prolong crank as you can manually do on a conventional key tumbler.
Getting the car used, I do not have the password for my Pioneer system. According to the Subaru Manuel; forgotten passwords you should call 1-800-421-1404 M-F 7:30-4 PST. https://www.subaru.ca/content/7907/M...VIC_Manual.pdf (Page 189) Anyone have a know how? or ran into this problem before? I haven't called yet; but will update once I get a hold of them. |
00000 works on my Canadian BRZ. The stealer didn't even know that.

Also was referred to this link/method as an option that works. Recommended by local aftermarket retail shop who ran into the same problem. http://avic411.com/index.php?/topic/...word-recovery/ for your password thing; this is what I did Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk |
you can put your car in ON mode (2 pushes) and hold the clutch in while you hold the start button. that will crank the engine until you let go of the button.
I forgot if it was ACC or ON, but it is one of those. I about 80% sure it is ON though |
