Sorry about the image quality. Its 3M Dark matte grey

Realize not the best picture but still man that looks really nice!

I had no intention of getting a black FRS before seeing it in person. It just blew me away when I did. Personally I think Raven is the sexiest looking when fresh, but of course it gets dirty after 10 miles of driving. So you give and take.

I was contemplating ultramarine and hot lava, I saw them both in person and liked them but it didn't have that pop like the raven when clean. And of course add some tinted windows and it looks a ninja is driving it. Whiteout is bad ass too, but I worried it would get super dirty super fast too.

do what i do, go down to the local car wash, put 50 cents in every 2 days and give her a good spray down, keep a shammy with you and whipe down the extra water, youll never have a brush touch your car ever if you keep it up

says the Argento owner!

I kid but in all honesty this is terrible advice to anyone except maybe silver owners. Spraying down, even pressure washing like you say will not get the dirt all off then when you wipe it down you will just rub it around. Also dont use a shammy! microfiber, and waffle weave at that.

thats what i meant!, and actually it does a very good job, high pressure heated soap with a high pressure rinse, M3 protectant on the bumper means i can power away the bugs without worry, i usually dont have any dirt on my car ever ;P

Having owned a black car, I feel your pain. They look good when they're clean but keeping them spotless is a major PITA.

What you could do is spend a little more money and give your car an amazing amount of detailing with a good wash then claybar then the opti-guard. Then you can add a clear bra.

Clear bra over top of Opti-Guard?

Hmm one or the other then?

Can't you do both?

Calidrifter 07-11-2012 02:59 AM

I believe the opti guard has to be over the bra.
