i know nothing about cars and came here to learn lol. so i want to get an invidia n1 exhaust but dont know what kind of header to go with it wanted to get some suggestions unequal or equal length? and i hear its best to get the header coated. for now ill be keeping the stock mid and front pipe. i just got the 2017 toyota 86 a week ago and has a little over 300 miles. my 2016 frs got flooded due to hurricane matthew.

Loving my Perrin With EL

With a header, you're going to want the Perrin 2.5" resonated, Invidia Q300 or Greddy Supreme SP, with N1 or any dual cannon style exhaust you're going to be in for a world of drone and pissed off neighbors.

what unequal header do you prefer?

Tomei or Gruppe S, OFH 2, and JDL are all great UELs.

Invidia N1 exhaust (or anything that's not an axle-back or rear section only exhaust) will replace everything after your front pipe.

You do not have the option to retain your factory midpipe. FYI.

+1 to him, I have the Tomei ELH and OP, With the Perrin 2.5 Resonated. I did keep the Stock frontpipe to keep it even more subtle

I've got a greddy Evo gt and I like it cause it has a very deep tone. Sadly there's some drone. I wanna go borla uel but as stated it will be very loud so I need to do some research
