This ESC was originally purchased from another member on here "LORD09" a little under a year ago. The original plan was that a friend of mine was going to use this for his NC MIata. However, he couldnt afford it at the time. So i bought it and used it for about 2 months. In the meantime i re-did some of the connectors as to make install quicker and easier. Please see photos of those. I used the Odyssey/Big Crank battery setup. However this kit comes with all parts to use either popular battery setup. This ESC worked fantastic for the 2 months i had it installed, then I uninstalled it so it could be installed on the Miata. However my friend changed his mind and sold his car to pursue a different project, a Mini. Go figure. Now i have this ESC for sale, but I also have all the NC Miata parts if someone where to ever go that route. The buyer is welcome to those parts at no charge, and the last photo shows those bits.

TL;DR - $1650 - free shipping in the U.S. (yes that includes Alaska and Hawaii) and you get the full ESC kit less batteries. I am using the big cranks for a tool at work, and the Odyssey is now being used in my S2000.

If you have any questions please let me know. I am assuming that if you are looking at this kit for sale you likely have read and done your homework. I am not a master on this kit, but it is the 2nd one i have owned out of the 3 BRZs that i have owned/tracked.

Please PM with any requests.

The last photo are the parts for an ESC install on an NC Miata. These are optional if the buyer would like them. NO CHARGE.

The quickest and least expensive way into an ESC kit is right here.

I'm amazed this hasn't sold already. I was jumping all over this when the last one came up and then the sale fell through from the seller's end. Ended up going with a SC because I couldn't shake the itch.

Awesome kit. GLWS!

It is priced to sell, but exposure is what is needed. A few more days will help. I love this kit, but i dont have a BRZ at the moment, or miata. Although a '17 PP may be on the menu. But right now my wife isnt racing cause she is pregnant, so a 2nd fun car(or DD) is not a priority.

You need batteries. They aren't included here as mentioned in the first post.

The recharge is instantaneous. As soon as you let off the gas things are recharged within seconds. I'd recommend you watch a few YouTube videos.

Dang, I wish I had the cash to buy this right now. And I'm in OKC, too!

@Cole do it!

brzaapi 10-27-2016 04:21 PM

@Cole , yeah do it :)

Yes, you do need batteries. Preferably the Odyssey/big crank setup.

The only place you could run the batteries out of juice is on a track doing continuous laps. An HPDE for example. On the street and AX, i doubt you would be able to run out boost/battery. I have tried, it doesnt happen.

EDIT: All PMs answered.
