Sort of funny that all the original materials for the PP said black but the dealer info issued back in July clearly shows them as gunmetal. Never noticed until I was pulling some info for another thread.

Hi guys,

I spoke to a not so likable salesman at a Subaru dealer yesterday, and was told if I wanted to put in an order for a 2017 BRZ with Performance Package that the cars won't arrive until January.

Has anyone heard similar or conflicting information? I was hoping to wait until the cars were on the lots before buying one, but was told by a separate dealer that the BRZ needs to be ordered.

I had to place an order for mine as well! Took them about 2 months to deliver it.
If you just want to have a look at it, contact your local dealers around the area ask if they are receiving any cars. I had dealer in my area that were getting it, had to drive for an hour but it was worth it. One of them had a special order for someone, didn't let me drive it but I was able to check it out, color and stuff. Hope it helps!

My BRZ with PP is expected to arrive tomorrow. Funny dealer told me "you have only one of two CWP in the country! You're very lucky!" Uh huh... then later said that the Performance Pack is very rare and they are only making 500 BRZs with them.:lol:

Byron Robalino, the sales manager Brad Jolly also hung around as i ordered, we had a good convo about our favorite cars we've owned, def seemed like an enthusiast

we should go on a cruise when i get mine and show off our PP's around Dallas lol
