Both are uel. Both should give very similar boxer burble and i doubt for there to be much difference in _sound_. If sound is what matters, you should have focused on which catback to choose. Those impact sound much more. Headers less, mostly with just which type they are (UEL vs EL) and if they are catted or not. Both bits are same in your case.

I prefer not to tune.
Speedfactory design me.gusta more, the not so near pulley and radiator pipe.
but still undecided pending reviews.

I would suggest going with jdl, you cant beat that warranty beside quaility.
