How to take apart frs Turn Signals?

1 Attachment(s)
So I took off my oem turn signal for the FRS
Just wondering is there anyway for me to take it apart?
Meaning the housing. looks like tehre are clips on the side but they won't budge at all, and I don't want to put too much force, just wondering if I have to bake these to pry it open or just force it out?

Thank you
