It's been two and a half years since I had the TSB done and still no chirps have returned
and it was really chirping it up before the fix.
I've only ever used Chevron 93 from the same gas station for the entire time I've had the car.

Same here with using only Chevron premium unleaded gas. But here on Oahu Chevron Hawaii was bought out by Texaco a few years ago.

Yuh, the chirping was quite loud when it was taken to dealership. I'll find out later when I drive my car if the chirps have stopped or not!

Yuh, the high temps and high humidity makes the temperatures here on Oahu very HOT! Real feel temps are in the 90's -95! :eyebulge: :(

I think I've got about 10k miles on the new fuel pump, and once in a while I think I still get some chirping, but not nearly as loud and noticeable as the original. Might just have to grin and bear it since there's no gasoline anywhere around me without ethanol content.

Agree...sometimes I think even with the new fuel pump, I might still hear the chirps slightly when idling or whenever pulling into my garage. Even if I do hear them ever so slightly, it's so much more quieter than the original pump.
