FUEL

What fuel have you been using?

I've stuck with Caltex 98 since day 1

Using BP Ultimate 98 since getting the 86 :)

haven't got my 86 yet. But currently using and will still continue to use either BP Ultimate 98 and Shell V-Power 98.

98 only

If you guys are comparing fuels, always do an ecu reset when you switch. Pick whatever you prefer (for whatever reason), then stick with it.

Me, I currently use Caltex E-Flex in my Liberty. Will probably use Caltex 98 in the BRZ, then switch to E-Flex fairly soon after that.

In my limited research, the interweb forums suggest BP Ultimate has the most powaaaar. But I've started on V-Power just because it is more readily available for me. The original plan was to swap to Ultimate at some point down the road to compare, but I'm not sure I'm going to care enough. Time will tell.

My fuel stats: http://www.fuelly.com/driver/86gtsat/86

(Oh, and in another aus thread somewhere I read reports of fuel spills whilst filling up. I'm not sure what pumps they're using but can report that I've never had any spillage with Shell pumps so far.)

Good point. Do you know the easiest way to achieve this?

Lol, I'm averaging 8.8 on V-power but I think that's moreso because I can't stop my foot from accelerating hard from a stand still!

Don't worry! The revs are only going to 3k!
