Will FT-86 pull 1g on skidpad stock?

you know 1g feels like? iirc GT-R barely hit 1g, I highly doubt FT86c gonna be getting 1g stock

Nope, never had that pleasure in being in a car that can pull 1g.


The 370z I believe pulls 0.99g, the Cayman pulls just over 1g, even a FF Mazdaspeed3 pulls 0.89. Ultimately it will probably come down to the tires Toyota decided to stock these with.

with good summer tires, i'm guessing .96g stock. my MR2 hits over 1g with the slicks on (duh), and when i race karts, sometimes i'll get >2 lateral g's.

I had a privilege of ride in Crawford's STI (Driver was Tarzan Yamada) one time. While he was driving he said "Give you a heads up. Next corner, we'll prob hit 1g or more so be ready" (in Japanese) That was hellova fun!

On topic my 323f could pull .95g on Streets (street tires) but with the d2 coilovers and wider tires. Never measured it on the track tho :(

I think the 86 will do that with Mayb semislick and stock suspension. Well at least it should.
