Navigation issue and dealer doesn't wanna pay for it
Recently I disconnected my battery and my radio is saying insert sd card blah blah so immediately I called the dealer and they told me they sold me the car as is if you bought the car with no sd card then you have to pay for it. But then I called Subaru and told me to not take a no for an answer. After arguing with my dealer for a while he tells me he can't do it but he can offer me to buy it at their dealer price. They never got back to me. Is there any way I can sell this head unit if so how much? Or can I go to Subaru use one of their sd cards to start up my radio and bee good till my battery dies?
Or what's my other options? |
your other option is to call Subaru back and tell them they still aren't willing to help.

Is this a new car or a used car with a warranty?

Used car with warranty

try a normal blank SD card. i used 1 to change my startup screen and the radio worked fine

Sold as is, Subaru has no dog in the fight and neither does the dealer. Just like if you bought the car with one key instead of the original two. Best bet is to get a new SD card. |
