2017 86 taillights available!

Talked to my parts department today since I have a led bulb out in my aftermarket set and thought before ordering another aftermarket I'd go back to a "stock" set.
They are only $600 for each side so $1200 for the set. Not bad huh, what a deal.... They didn't mention it but I think for that price, you also get your car airlifted by helicopter
and brought to the install loacation and they are installed by none other than Tetsuya Tada himself. Of course this also includes a stay at the St Regis in New York City out of
convenience while you wait for the install. Obviously a meal is provided at Bouley.

Wow...what a rip off haha.

They charge you an extra 1000$ because they didn't wanna cheap out on the sealant that will seal your head light to end the condensation problems of 2013.

: ))))

Jest aside I don't know about this but, how much are the Valenti these are suppose to look like?

Old news there Imp. At least two other threads and mentions in thre others already. Although I do like the extra services you listed better than just picking them up. Anybody that wants them just needs to wait for a few weeks for the inevitable "is this totalled?" threads to show up and they can buy them from the wreckers for only $300 each.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think BRZ taillights (which are exactly the same) are 369 each side?

Eh, subaru doesn't seem reliable right now. Saw a 2017 spoiler listed for 4xx and the display picture is a standard 2016 and below spoiler.

For that money I'd want a dinner at French Laundry included.

I bet the MY13-16 tails were a similar price new from the dealer

Nope they were $350 each so almost half the price.

Impureclient 09-24-2016 01:01 AM

Haha! My led light came back on so forget spending the $1200. I didn't want to go on a dumb ol' helicopter ride anyway.

Muaddib 09-24-2016 01:04 AM

I just checked the EPC. The cost is 368.60 CAD each.

For the old ones right? No way we get the new ones for cheaper than the US. If we do I am starting a member sales thread right now!

Muaddib 09-24-2016 01:14 AM

Well that is what it says. It does not come with the gasket or the nutz. Retail is over $500 so the price may vary depending on where you go.
