Is there a gap around the headlights when doing this swap? Or is it a perfect fit?

So if you go with the 2017 fog lights, can this be done without any cutting or modification? Curious if I could do the swap in my apartment carport with minimal tools lol.

Shout out to OP for the walkthrough, and for recommending a good place for paint in the PNW.

Edit: Those stock fog lights aint cheap! The Winjet ones seem like a good alternative though.

you can reuse your factory fogs in the 2017 bumper swap. just need to attach with one bolt and one ziptie

After taking a closer look at this thread, it looks like people are using the pre-facelift DRLs, not the fog lights :iono:

But it looks like you did the swap and were actually able to fit your pre-facelift fogs?

no gap as long as you use the headlight bracket from the 2017

Car looks amazing man! Do you know if the swap would work with a 2015 FRS? Not sure how different bolts and how lights were setup. Thanks!

So using the 2015 brackets isn't going to work? Thought I saw they had the same part number.

57707CA181
57707CA191

I just did the 2017 bumper on my 2014 FRS and its not fitting too well in the corners.

I bought the bumper bracket set, part #s 57707CA040 57707CA050 , but...and maybe I didn't look too closely, they seemed to be the same ones already on my car so I returned them.

In the post you have these 2 parts:
57707CA180
57707CA190
Are these the parts that run under the headlight area? When I go to buy them online, all of the websites say there is a new part available: 57707CA181 and 57707CA191.. does anyone know if those will work or do I need to find the old ones?

It does not, it comes with an add a fuse and both wires are already connected.

Already connected to a plug that doesn’t match the 13 drls?

Is it a simple two wire in and out? I am curious if the Drls can be wired up the same even if the plugs don’t match and if they work with the DD Always On system.
