FS-2013 Built Motor High HP Turbo Setup-Finishing up at the shop

2013 Argento M/T Scion FRS. ~45000 miles on the car. 0 miles on built motor.

I am currently almost finished with my full fa20 stage 3 motor build by awdtuning with a ptuning turbo setup. The car is still at the shop. I decided I may sell the car once the build is finished. I got engaged and decided to clear up some debt and remove expenses. I'm still between selling this car or my Fiesta ST. This car will sell as it sits. All labor/installation being done by the shop. From what I've been told the rebuilt motor is being broken in already. Build should finish shortly.

Mods currently being installed at the shop:
Ptuning turbo kit (time attack red pipes)
Omni 4 Bar MAP Sensor
1100cc FIC Fuel Injectors w/ plug and play adapters
Ptuning turbo back 3" exhaust
Ptuning oil cooler kit
Custom Radium Engineering Surge Tank setup (standard setup the shop uses for most of their vehicles)
Battery Relocation kit (to trunk)
Move Over Racing bumper quick release Kit
Perrin Motor Mounts
ACT Heavy Duty Sprung 6-puck Disc Clutch Kit w/ lightweight flywheel
AWD 1100 SE Mustang Dyno tune (speed density E85/Pump Gas)

FA20 Stage 3 build (awdtuning standard build)
JE Pistons 86mm
Pauter X-Beam Connecting Rods
King Engineering Rod & Main Bearings
Complete inspection and cleaning of block, crank, and rods
Balanced and Polished crank, rods, and pistons
In-House clearance, hone, blueprinted, and assembled
Head Refresh - Clean, Resurface, polish/relap valves, adjust lash
ARP Head studs
Plus all fluids/gaskets/bolts etc... replaced.

Previous Mods:
DSS 600 HP CV Axles
ISC BBK 6 piston Front (2 piece Aluminum hat rotors)
Forgestar F14 18x8.5F/9.5R wheels
Radium Engineering Catch Can
P3 Vent Gauge
Delicious Flex Fuel Kit
RevWorks UEL Header(still waiting to see if it fits well with turbo kit)

Since I do not currently have the car I will need to ask the shop to upload pictures which I will try to do asap. I am still not 100% sure on selling the car unless the offers are somewhat decent. I'll set a sell price of $28,500 which is fairly firm but may entertain other offers. I think the price is very good considering its near that price in just the build and mods. I also will not have any dyno numbers until later this month hopefully but should be around mid to upper 400s on E85 on a very stout reliable setup. Car is currently located in the Dallas, TX area at the shop.

edit: Will post pics of the invoice for now as well as one of the car about a month before I sent it off. Sorry for no paper with username on the car pics, like I said currently not in my possession. Hoping still to get some pics from the shop.

Expected day of completion is November 11

Thanks,

Yeah. Only problem is that I live a couple hundred miles from the shop. If awdtuning post pictures for me would that be enough or do I need another way to prove it's my vehicle?

Everything professionally installed and done by the shop AWDTuning.
All parts still brand new. I haven't even driven the car yet.
