Group PDR?

Anyone know of any mobile paintless dent removal companies in the SF bay area that does a good job? Or perhaps anybody can set up a group pdr event? Got a couple small dings that I would love to get rid of on my driver side door caused by garage parking at work. I know that the s2ki guys that have had such group pdrs done before.

Please post some suggestions down below. Thanks!

There is supposedly a PDR guru right here in Napa. I have heard he is something of a master and works on a lot of local BMWs. If you Google 'Dent Solution' in Napa you will find him.

I'm not sure if he offers group discounts, but you can count me in if he does. I really want to have him work on my 1999 Integra, but I've been caught up with other stuff lately.

You would probably get a lot more interest if you move this thread to the North Bay section in the California forums.

Any moderators that can help??

I would say you need a mod to move it to the norcal sub where youd get better responses.

But mods dont set up stuff like this especially aince there arent any forums vendors that do this kind work. However i do need some PDR work done just dont know if the drive to the bay area would make it not worth it

Can a moderator move this thread to the appropriate section?

Thanks!

I've been to 3 PDR events that was held with local s2ki club. In those events Justin was willing to come out if there are 10 confirmed reservations. I've seen him pdr an entire car in an hour and spend an hour on 1 dent.

If its based in the east bay Id be in. Have a nasty dent in the MR2 that needs fixing

funwheeldrive 09-21-2016 01:24 PM

Depends on the price, but I'm interested for sure

BRZyJ 09-21-2016 01:38 PM

I've got a small indentation near the edge of my hood...not sure if its a good candidate for PDR, but if so I'd be in.

PMok 09-21-2016 01:46 PM

interested, if they can repair a good sized dent in my rocker panel under the driver side door.

garfull 09-21-2016 04:20 PM

if you get the right guy they can perform miracles if the paint is still intact.

i've seen soccer ball sized dents pulled out of rear hatches, baseball sized dents across creased body lines taken out. it did take about 45min each but it was amazing to watch.

i always recommend pdr before going for bondo and paint work.

I have a small dent on my hood that could use pdr. I'd be down for an east bay event.

EastBayCanuck 09-21-2016 07:26 PM

I could be interested as well, got a mini dent on my hood from a rock I think and another bigger dent on my pass rear quarter panel when I scraped up against a cement pole parking.

KalbiCool88 09-21-2016 08:27 PM

With the amount of people interested, anyone know a person or persons and can set one up?

I will be interested in this as well. I have a dent on my trunk that I really want to get removed

AFRichZC6 02-20-2018 06:41 PM

I'm interested. I have a couple golf ball sized ones in my passenger door, and about 3 smaller ones on both doors.

doggieboy09 02-21-2018 01:50 AM

I'm also interested here.

A few weeks ago, I used Mr. Dent. https://www.yelp.com/biz/mr-dent-pleasanton

He took his time and did the job right. A bunch of local body repair shops use him. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use him again.

otto07 02-21-2018 03:22 AM

I work at a body shop in Fremont and use two guys for all my pdr.

I can try to set something up with one of them to see if they would be interested.

My primary is Brad at dent performance.

My secondary is Darryl at dent craft.

I would also vouch for Mr. Dent (Scott). First estimate was at my house, prompt, on time, and professional. With his busy schedule as stated, I scheduled for his next available date (the following week) and at my work. Again, prompt and ontime. He went from fixing 3 visible dents (garage lighting) to 5 (outside lighting) for the same price. I quizzed 3 people at work looking for the dents...they failed.

svolo4 02-21-2018 03:13 PM

I'm interested. Got 1 dent on a door (thanks to my neighbor) and couple nasty dents on a lower quarter panel (thanks to my drifiting skills). Not sure if quarter panel could be fixed, but door thing should be easy.

Ty86 02-21-2018 04:01 PM

interested as well got tons of small dings from parking lots

PMok 02-21-2018 05:28 PM

Interested too, I have one dent down low on a side sill, not sure if PDR can fix it or not so I should have them look at it and give me an opinion.

Take a few photos and text them to Mr. Dent.

JoeeStacks 05-23-2018 10:33 PM

Now that school is out of session. I went ahead and called two PDRs: Mr. Dent and JS Interior and Dents.
Mr. Dent is willing to do $75 for the first dent and 1/2 off every additional dent. They are located in Pleasanton.
JS interior and Dents is located around San Francisco and costs $150 for the first dent under 1" in length $50 for additional dents. JS is willing to cut a deal if we get a group together. Jim was willing to offer $25 off per person for getting a group together.

LMK What yall think. I'd like to get this done before June 30th even if its two cars.
Thanks
