Bluetooth Connection Issue

1 Attachment(s)
Hello, my first post here, ill try to be as specific as possible.
I recently bought a 2014 FR-s and am loving it, the salesman helped me connect my phone to bluetooth, though I could have figured it out, it was pretty easy. Everything was going fine, but the other day I got in my car just to move it out of the driveway for a moment, and I didnt have my phone on me, so the bluetooth had nothing to connect to. Now when I get in it, it will no longer connect to my phone, I tried turning off the bluetooth on my phone and turning it back on, didnt work. I figured I would just have to pair the devices again, so I deleted the pairing on my phone, and went to do the same in the car, but when I go to the bluetooth setup screen in the car, I can only click one of the 'buttons' and it says "Bluetooth Off" but clicking it doesnt do anything.
Attached is an image of what the bluetooth setup screen currently looks like. its hard to tell in the picture, but only the very top 'button' is even highlighted, and nothing else is clickable.

Hi, one of my friends had this issue when his phone died and it couldn't connect.
I pulled his battery lead and waited 5 min and it reset and worked fine.
