First time Rocket bunny kit fitment/install
First time Rocket Bunny kit/install fitment
What's up guys, I finally got my rocket bunny kit v1 getting installed this week and having the paint done hopefully this weekend. I got enkei rs05rr wheels that are 18x10.5 +15 squared with air ride. My question is if I run a 25mm spacer on all sides, how will the rear look? I'm doing the exact same set up is this http://www.speedhunters.com/2012/10/...ket-bunny-frs/ , it looks like 25mm in the front, but I can't tell what the rears are... Also he is running +22 and my wheels are +15. So how will a -10 look like on the rears any pictures please? Also if it doesn't look almost to looking flushed, can I double up 25mm x2 in the rears? Need help. |
Instead of spacers, why not buy the right wheels?

I believe xDJ_Fizzo_X or something on here runs the same wheels with a 40(?) mm spacer haha. All I remember is his final offset was -25 in the rear and -10 up front.
Look him up in the RB Registry. I'm sure it'll be a tab bit sunken in with just a 25mm spacer, however, run no camber and meatier tires to make it look flush. |

That is a struggle. I guess when spending a good amount on wheels I want them to fit right and bolt up correctly. See way too many "builds" hack these cars up for rocket bunny kits, then the kit doesn't look well done and they have spacers for the wheels. Not many people put the money in to doing a widebody twin correctly. |

I have 18x10.5 +15 in the rear with 30mm spacers. They aren't flush, would prefer another inch negative offset but I won't run larger spacers than 30mm

I'm running a 18x10.5+15 in the rear with a 25mm spacer and a 25mm adapter stacked. So 50mm altogether. I haven't run into any issues at all yet. I also have a big of a stretch on my tire, I think if you were to get a meatier tire it might rub because of how far out they poke.

The ignorance on this forum about wheel spacers never ceases to amaze me.
You realize pro formula d cars many times use spacers? Get good quality spacer/adapters with some strengthened studs and your cars more than capable on or off the track. Just don't stack or use anything too big. I think 30mm is the biggest i've seen on pro cars. |
