Really weak first gear
 

Mine is boosted 6AT, currently running 8psi, before I used to do 0-60 in 5,5s with phantom ESC setup, and now my 0-60 is around 8-9s which slower than stock, is this cause of a bad tune ? I definitely can feel the kick after 4k RPM when I hit full boost.

It's hard to tell from that log because your highest accelerator angle while in first gear is around 30%.

I was floor the entire time.

Maybe you linked to the wrong log? This is the log you linked to: http://datazap.me/u/sai/log-14729484...=0&data=6-7-20 which is from 5 months ago and looks like a log of just driving around town.
