Brutal... Why would they use that size?! McMaster-Carr doesn't even carry it!

I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt here and assuming that the the issue is with energy suspension (the bushing sub-supplier) rather than Perrin. But yeah, it's ridiculous, I'm an engineer and have access to all kinds of weird fastener suppliers and still can not find what I really want (which would be a stud and flange bolt to better distribute the load compared to the released design)

My issues are outlined here. I've worked around most of them, but I still have a better design in my head I have been unable to implement.

I should have said nuts, not bolts :bonk::bonk: No need to remove those, just the nuts on the bottom of the cross member.

Also, +1 on the exhaust setup :D. What SC did you go with? My car will be paid off within the next 6 months, so it might be time to force some air in there :)

I have the Sprintex 210 kit. I got it used 2 years ago for $1200 off so I couldn't pass it up. If I were to buy a new one I'd get the Edlebrock kit as it has a much better design and much more power potential.

I just noticed that at 60k miles it's time for me to replace the spark plugs in my car. This is going to suck ass! One of the few times having a boxer engine sucks ass. I may be asking for assistance in the coming months.

Oil filter on top is one of the best parts however. ;)

.... on my previous factory NA cars that I boosted - I always changed the plugs with every other oil change.... :bonk:

My turbo Si - I went through 4 sets of $50 iridiums. All that enrichment for charge cooling fouls them up a lot quicker than you'd think.
