AirLift w/ 18x9.5 +35 on 245/35/18
 

I am going to be purchasing the AirLift bagged suspension with 3H management soon and I am doing some research to ensure that my current wheel setup will not be an issue. I am running into a couple of mixed responses from what I've read. Right now, I am running 18x9.5 +35 wrapped in 245/35/18. I've done some math based on lukey86's formula guide, shown below, and it looks like I will rub as I am over 13mm for clearance. Spacers are not really an option as that would then become an issue of fender clearance. Is my math below correct? For those of you that are running the AirLift kit, what are your wheel specs?

You will have very little space in the front between the bag and wheel. Also that tire is too meaty.

I used to run 17x9 +25 and it cleared with about 3/8-1/2 inch with a 215/45 tire
Now running 18x8.5 +25 to make more room to drive lower and also tuck the tire and wheel.

So my best bet would be to change my wheels since I do not want to run a smaller tire than 235s on a 9.5 (personal preference). If I go with the wheels that I am planning to run with once I go wide body (18x9.5 +12 F // 18.10.5 +12 R), that would bring in the issue with fender clearance. So instead of buying wheels to fit the stock body on bags and then wheels again once I go wide body, I may just to wide body first with extended studs and spacers for my current wheels. Afterwards, I can work with getting bags + wheels suitable for the setup that I want.

This is exactly why I'm selling my airlift kit lol. Either I change wheels or change suspension...
