I have the avo Kit and street tune, Im fully catless right now with a resonator and have a nameless axleback if I switched it to the nameless track pipe would that drastically affect my tune?

A track pipe is a muffler delete right? If so no.

Yeah it is a muffler delete and thanks I didn't think anything after the downpipe would have any affect
