weird noise when using right turn signal (blinker)
 

Hello guys,
i have some weird noise that appeared a few days ago.
every time i put the turn signal to the right (or blinker if you want to call it like that) i have a beeping noise, like the chime when you try to start the car with the steering wheel in locked position (i have start button ) but less louder and its appearance frequency is not constant.
It only happens when putting the turn signal for the right, nothing when i put it to the left or use the hazard ligths.

any idea of what could the cause be?
