Fixing paint chip + dent

I dont know what caused this as I bought the car with the damage already but im trying to get some ideas on the best way to fix this chip & dent.

Ive heard some people say you cant PDR that dent as it could flake/crack and visa versa. I know this blemish may be small but its driving me crazy, I honestly think the dent is bothering more than the chip so if I can fix the dent without an issue id be happy. I bought some touchup paint from paintscratch but im a bit nervous to use it.

Can anyone with similar experience or body repair experience give me some insight on what I could do? Thanks.

I'd suggest you have a PDR dude push out the dent, then use your touch up paint.

I can't hardly see it in your second picture ....... which should tell you ....... that you are the only one seeing it .....;)

PDR and Doctor Colorchip.

It'll cost you $200 between both items but you'll have the Colorchip for future incidents.

If it makes you feel any better I had to drop $100 on PDR 2 weeks after buying my car and another $200 this coming week because someone opened a door into my passenger-side rear quarter panel... Also have $100 worth of doctor colorchip because its the only thing I trust to paint-match WRB and Maine has enough sand on its roads to make you want to garage the car for life.

Barely noticeable but I know its kill you because it stares you in the eye every time you walk by it and says LOOK AT ME SUCKER IM HERE! while lol no one else would even noticed.

Dent dr or, you can try the ice cube trick. Its good for dings but indented like that im not sure

I say spend the money and have a professional fix it right the first time. It'll be worth it

No promises but if I had to venture a guess, you're looking at PDR, and paint matching/wet-sanding on the side panel to the tune of $500-700.

Front bumper I'm not even sure that's repairable without a full bumper replacement. I'd say your best bet is to touch-up paint it and find a way to be okay with it :S

The back bumper is also not in perfect shape. I think ill have to find 2 used bumpers. Is there a consensus on a good price for bumpers?

Probably a few hundred a piece. Consider getting ones from a "body kit" as they may be cheaper than OEM and it would be the perfect time to change then if you wanted a little new flavor.

Put a TRD sideskirt or similar on, the mark in the paint above where the sideskirt would cover will buff out mostly, TRD front bumper will cover the front damage too.

Tips for preventing future damage: stop hitting stuff I guess?
