after market header / stock exhaust

Can I tune with OFT stage 2 with after market header,and stock exhaust?

Yes it comes with tunes for stock exhaust (header), cars with EL or UEL catless header and for three fuels for all tunes 91/93 petrol and E85

The catback or front pipe doesnt rearly effect tune required
