Engine/Trans noise whie in gear
 

I have looked everywhere for help and I apologize if I double post. While in 1st, 2nd or 3rd gear I am getting a grinding/humming noise. The noise only starts to appear when in gear and slowing down. After 3k in rpm and letting off the throttle it will hum/grind until I either come to a stop, accelerate or take it out of gear. Car has 35k and also has uel header and muffler delete. Car is tuned to stage 2 e85 with oft and have been running with tune for few months now without any issues. Also have motul trans fluid and mtec springs. Thanks to anyone who might be able to help. Driving me nuts.

Throw out bearing.
