Used Vortech Kit Advice and Suggestions.

Picked this up off of ebay. Going on a low mileage 2015 FRS stock headers with TRD exhaust.

Any suggestions or input on what to replace or purchase in addition to the kit. (need to source a MAF tube) Looking to go very conservative 93 tune. Do I need to go headers? Would you recommend buying brand new serpentine belt too? Is it a must to run a/r and boost gauges?

Thanks guys looking forward to be part of the FI club. Goal is 250 wheel and daily driver reliability.

There are a couple decent in depth install guides if you search around (RallySport has one). I bought my kit used as well. I started by going through the guides and trying to find anything that was missing. There were several things I needed on mine. It appears to me you are missing several brackets and some pullies. You can get parts from most any Vortech dealer. I think there are part numbers in the vortech install guide. I would definitely replace the belt and the fluid. If you are being conservative you may want to start with a stock pulley assuming its smaller.

Yeah looks like you are missing some parts. Go though the installation manual and look for things you don't have. I few I can see off hand is check valve for the crank case vent off the back of the intake manifold, you will need the missing/damaged intercooler piping, MAF extension cable, washer bottle, alt bracket, pulleys, probably a bunch of bolts and small stuff as well. Hope you didn't pay a lot for this partial kit its missing alot. I paid $2500 and was only missing the washer bottle.
