Issues after AT fluid change

Recently got a transmission fluid change at 45k miles as preventive maintenance. It is worth mentioning that all these issues are experienced in manual mode. first off, I'm experiencing sluggish start in first gear, it begins to drive but wont accelerate past 1500rpm, after a few seconds, it all of sudden is full response and begins to accelerate normally. This seems to only happen occasionally however was never experienced prior to fluid change and is honestly a pita during daily driving. I am also seeing slow response in shift from 3rd to 4th gear off by a few seconds.. and lastly, some overall feelings of hesitation during acceleration in lower gears.
When picking it up form the dealer they indicated they did the fill based on owners manual instructions but my best guess is that maybe the fluid is not topped off all the way.
Hoping some of you may have some ideas??
If anything this thread can be used as reference for another when I discover what the issue is.

Take it back to the dealer that did the work and explain it is not driving normal. They should honor their work if done incorrectly.

It should be FLUSH and fill, with the emphasis on FLUSH

I recommend reading and printing out the relevant sections from the following page; http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showt...t=24228&page=6
This way you can quiz the technicians to see if they did it correctly. For all you know, they may have even used the wrong fluid. Though the OEM fluid is hardly what I would recommend. I'm currently running Amsoil synthetic signature series fuel-efficient ATF. It works fine every day, cold or hot it shifts the same.

I have an appointment set up for Friday morning. I'll ask to talk to the technician that did the refill and have him go over the procedure with me. I would hope they used the right fluid, they did mention to me that they did the drain refill steps including bringing to operating temperature etc... so it would be idiotic to find out they used some other fluid. Im considering just buying some aftermarket fluid and redoing the procedure with another shop or possibly myself.
