Ceramic Pro Paint protection

Hi guys,
I just got my car ceramic coated at Twelve21 tuning in Pinetown and thought about sharing my experience. Well worth the money cheaper than VPS and permanently bonds to the car paint unlike Auto Glaze which comes off eventually. It's a spray-on application and the car is WELL detailed by Schalke(the owner himself!) before the coating process which is also solely done by him! He takes pride and does it himself to ensure customer satisfaction. He's done alot of high end cars including the first BMW M2 in South Africa and Jaguar F-pace. I'm extremely happy with it and I truly recommend it,the car looks even newer with a permanent glass like finish and feel to it. No chances of swirl marks or little scratches getting to the paint. Car is easy to clean with minimal effort, dirt just glides off cos of the glass like properties of the coat. I recommend this as a first choice to anyone wanting some form of paint protection for the whole car with added benefits like this! The whole car is coated and it's cheaper than what VPS would come to for most of the car done. The ceramic pro service comes in packages and varies in price from the number of coats in each package, I opted for the gold package, with only platinum being the highest, which was 4 coats on my car.

Thanks to Schalke at Twelve21 really cool guy,you guys should seriously look into it!

How much did it cost you if I may ask? I'm slightly annoyed by the little scratches I've picked up in three months.

What front lip is that? Looks very clean man!

I'm also interested in the cost... and you should see some of the scratches I've picked up after 3 years of a$$h0les opening their doors on you, plus a little road damage etc.

Do you or Twelve21 perhaps know of anyone in JHB who can do something similar? Pinetown is a bit of a drive, and if they need the car for a few days it's a problem.

I googled their website... take a look at this link for their website.
http://www.twelve21tuning.com/#!ceramic-pro/wz3m2

It has some detailed info and prices on some of the smaller stuff, but not on the ceramic coating.

There is a fair amount of dealers on the Ceramic Pro site. The Pretoria one basically has the same text as twelve21 about the coating, so it's a fair bet that they do the same.

Yeah there are I think maybe 2 dealers or so if I'm not correct who use the product Ceramic Pro I'll PM you guys the price but it requires GOOD detailing first to remove all little marks and especially swirl marks. If there's stonechips etc you just have to deal with it unless it's sorted out before it goes in. It took 3 days for the car to get done.

Thanks! It's the "nur spec" or "aero kit" front bumper.

The price varies from R2000 to R15000 depending on the package you want which is based on the number of coats. I went for 4 coats which came up to R8000.

Any discussion of the quality of workmanship requires pictures of the car in direct sunlight.
