Joe Spitz, who sold me the #2 BRZ in teh country has 2 more coming in through Shoreline Subaru in late July, both have VINS already.

Anyways, tell him mechaghost(Elbert) sent you if you do decide to buy the BRZs :) He is honest to goodness the best car sales guy I have ever met, he took care of everything for me, and kept in good touch, even sending me the BRZ brochures that came after the car arrived. He also did a proper run down on the car for me, which I rarely see from car sales guys these days.

oh nvm there isn't an option for semi-automatic transmission. I would of been all over that. My dealership is taking forever to get my brz and they don't know anything :/ I should of ordered mine at San Jose

Someone pick up the Silver Limited one. That's a great combo. :)

(That's the car I originally ordered, but someone backed out on another Silver Limited which I snatched up early.)

I can vouch for Joe Spitz (creator of the Subaru info site cars101.com) being an absolute pleasure to deal with. As straightforward a guy as you'll find, and he constantly kept me updated even though SoA gave frustratingly little info on pre-orders. If you're interested in these cars, he's the guy to go to!

A little hint as well, I just canceled my WRB Premium MT pre-order today. Need a car sooner and will be going to my backup plan (Ultramarine FR-S). This one doesn't have a VIN yet but was ordered in mid-April. Hope the car goes to a fellow FT86club-er.

I barely see the ones in Bellevue anymore.

I've yet to see another brz or frs on the road. When I do I'll probably wave so much they'll assume I'm retarded.
