"Type T" front spoiler = rep of what?
I want to "smooth out" the front lip of my FRS by installing a front lip that fills in the space between the two pointy "teeth" of the FRS. The closest I can find on ebay so far are replica lips that are called "Type T".
http://www.ebay.com/itm/2013-2016-Sc...xWAk~r&vxp=mtr Does anyone know what these spoilers are replicas of? Are there other lips that are smoother that I should look at? I don't want to replace the entire front cover; just a bolt on lip piece. TIA |
It's a TOM'S rep.
Here's the real deal on my car: https://scontent.fsnc1-1.fna.fbcdn.n...32806956_o.jpg |

for $120 I'd be all over that. I like that look a lot better than stock

Is your Tom's spoiler bolted/screwed on anywhere, especially at the front of the wheel opening or is it held on entirely by double sided tape? Thanks! Oh, BTW, I like your car and the look of the lip. Your picture gives a much better view of the effect of the lip than the ebay ads pictures. I am thinking I really need to do this and get rid of the "fangy" look... second edit: Found a front spoiler (while googling Tom's FRS Front lip) by JP USA that I might like more... Thanks! |
