ISC Control Arm Clunking and Noise

Hey guys, I've had some ISC V2 Control Arms on my car for a few months now, and at low end speeds they're always clunking/groaning every time I go over any form of terrain or get in and out of my car. I've had my alignment done twice and all parts inspected, but there's no running and there's no wear and tear markings that would be a sign of damage.

Do I need to grease the point on the bearing to reduce noise or what? As time goes on its only getting louder and louder while becoming very obnoxious.

Clunking could be sway bar links binding. Drive it up on ramps, loosen both ends of end links then retighten with equal weight on both sides. The grinding I guess could be the ball joints in the links or maybe the bushings in the LCAs... not sure what to do if it's the bushings. Another alignment isn't going to help though. Maybe your bolts are too tight? Try a torque wrench
