Works stage 2 carb compliant test drive
 

Anyone here have a works stage 2 carb compliant kit installed in their twin in socal? I need a test drive or passenger ride along please!? Really want to go force induction but don't want to deal with carb so I want to feel the kit. Anyone got one willing to meet up somewhere in socal I'll feed you or buy a drink for the test 😆

I've been keeping an eye out for the stage 1 carb kit. I was snooping on the stage 1 kit post by Works and it seems like not a lot of people seem satisfied. Maybe because it seems pretty weak based on the dyno charts. Anyway here is a free bump.

Plus their turbo recirculation air instead of releasing into atmosphere for that turbo bov 😯

I'm still learning about turbos but I'm assuming that means this kit won't have the whooshing noise.

It'd be nice to have this kit but looking at the numbers again makes me really disappointed. And the stage 2 engine bay looks really messy and crooked in the pictures. I think I might go with the jdl turbo but if you ever pull the trigger on this kit then let me know. I don't mind taking you out for drinks in exchange for a ride xD

Haha unfortunately no whoosh sounds and only one legal turbocharger kit which is works... very sad that their kit doesn't produce finer result but I don't want to deal with carb and their crap..wonder who else is making carb legal

due to their design their stage 1 doesn't have a air to air or water to air inter cooler just a heat sink pipe

But its relatively affordable, and CARB compliant, you can't please everyone...plus that is why there is Stage 2
