plastic rivets... - front bumper

Anyone got a place to pick up the plastic rivets/clips used for holding the under tray, front bumper, plastic inner fender that is cheaper than Subaru dealer?

I need to keep a few spare on hand.. and need em fairly quickly, are these a jobber part or proprietary?

I bought mine on ebay.

They are called Nifco plastic fasteners.

Didnt save the original thread, but someone looked into a bunch of these off amazon and decided these were the "best" https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I bought a pack, have em, haven't had to use them yet though. Thats a link to the US amazon but you can probably find it on Canadian amazon too.

Martyn, I'll happily split an order with you! I could use some spares too.

Ordered 20 off ebay, i think was like $10 inc shipping, but coming from hong kong, not going to arrive until late July. If you need some and these are any good I can hook you up Will.

They are roughly $1 ea. at Subaru, so it might be worth it to just buy $20/worth if you need them now.

Seriously? Every nut and bolt is identical on these cars. You've been here quite a while, I am surprised you asked this.

ouch i got told... guess i wasn't thinking too good, after Will asked for some too.. lol

I am suspecting they will be substantially more than 1$ from either Subaru or Toyota.. but we'll see...

I bought a bunch at Subaru. Its best if you bring an example of the ones you want so there's no guessing. Sorry for being a d*ck, I just figured as a fellow veteran here since 2012 you would know.

This weekend after tapping a cone, part of the inner fender pulled back. In closer examination I am now suspecting the body shop that recently replaced my bumper cover did a half assed job... looks like there are more parts that were damaged, mostly the plastic breaking around the hole sorta thing that were not replaced. Side marker on that side has never gone back in and stayed put since they had the car. Looks like I'll have to buy the parts and fix it myself.

I don't have time to get back to the bodyshop and say wtf... Noticed they even charged the ins co for a license plate bracket... They spent 2 mins straightening out my tow hook plate holder and that was it..
Hopefully all the parts I can get from toyota, hoping some of those small brackets, inner fender and under tray parts are the same.

You know they have different sizes of these things. Better to get the right size that you need from Subaru according to the parts computer.

Undertray, fender liner, etc are all the same. I have a BRZ fender liner on my car (bought at C&C) after I hit something on the highway and ripped my original one apart. The only thing I had to get from Toyota was the factory mud flaps since they aren't available on BRZ's apparently.
