Hey guys, just put on some red taillight overlays I got from Premium Auto Styling.

Let me know what you think....

Kind of on the fence about them.

Needs to be red over the signals too.

Hmm...IDK I'm on the fence as well. Maybe if the red wrapped around the lights all the way. I don't mind the signals not being covered.

That surprisingly looks really nice with the signals still exposed

I agree, and actually prefer it over stock.:happyanim:

How is the light output at night?

It's an improvement over stock, but I presume the sides of the taillight are left uncovered? I would want an entire taillight solution. The turn signals look good exposed though.

Thanks guys. Yea... I wanted them fully wrapped around, but with so many hard corners, they would have to be painted which I didn't want to do.

I think I like it better with the turn signals exposed.

The vinyl shop I went to was able to wrap the entire taillight. Then I cut out the vinyl over the turn signals.

I took mine off. There is something weird about them I didn't care for. Part of the problem was that in person the red didn't match up and appeared slightly pink and not transparent enough.

Not sure what I want to do with the tails at this point.

Yeah, I totally get what you mean... I still like it better than stock though.

After considering these I won't be buying them. Leaving the ugly chrome bezel inside the housings visible is unacceptable in my opinion. I'd only consider wrapping the entire lens but that is another huge detriment to overall light output. The real solution is a huge pain in the ass but I'm going to follow this DIY thread and cut open the back of my housings with a dremel and paint the chrome black and them seal them back up. It's equally as cheap to do, but just requires skill and time.

If you want the red-out look, just pull them off the car and paint them with this: http://amzn.com/B0071OBRXW

Actually i like it.. U leaving the signal lights like that it compliments the rear fog lights.. i wiuld suggest redding the whole tailight though like all around..
