Here's an interesting vid on a somewhat old topic
Now this video is kinda long so if you want to skip to what I think is the interesting part, start at about 8:00 in.

"If I was going to go to the race track, I'd definitely put premium in. But just driving around to and fro? Doesn't need it."

Thanks extrashaky too many people beating the dead fuel horse on the forum almost always totally irrelevant to modern cars and our cars specifically |
Lol... buys a high price car to worry about fuel price. How could he possibly be saving $10 a fill up. Regular to premium difference for a fill up is like 3 bucks at most
|
I will take the gas station attendant's advice on the video and continue using the "93% clean" gas.
|
Whatever, I can spend few thousand to mod my car, I dont mind paying few cents more for 91.
|
Cheap gas & cheap suits.
|
I use to think if i could ever put the cheaper gas in my car but honestly it's a few cents more and my car will run better and I wouldn't cheap out on something vital for myself so why for my car

Yea, like really. Just make Spaghetti once, portion out a second helping for the next day. You just saved enough on your food bill to pay for premium and then some. |
Something important to remember is that our cars make 100hp/liter with very high compression. that is a huge difference to the corvettes 55hp/liter and 10:1 compression
