Hey admins. I understand that this review is only vendors and forum related.

But, could I share my experience with Aero Jack USA?

I do not want anyone else getting scammed by them.

In short, I paid. & they never shipped the item. In addition, they kept on lying and saying it is being shipped.


The video below shows all my evidences.
Purchased March 4th 2016. & today June 24th 2016 still no response, case is opened, and waiting.

I bought the duckbill trunk from them last year and was told it would be around 2 months, 2 months later they shipped it to me, came in undamaged and couldn't be happier. I bought it through their website though so this may have made a difference but not sure. This doesn't seem like them at all, but honestly after all your evidence its hard to not believe you. Best of luck to you and hope you get your money back or your trunk soon.
