Catback to reduce rasp from HFC Front Pipe?

Currently running catless UEL headers with a Berk HFC Front Pipe and stock catback. The front pipe is giving the system a little bit of rasp which I'm wondering if its possible to get rid of with a change in catback at all?

I believe it fall in the front pipe that makes the difference in that. However, I was running a Invidia front pipe resonated, catless, with a resonated Perrin. It purred like a kitten no rasp at all.
