Clutch squeaks
 
I've posted this on FB as well.

Anyone had Clutch squeaky issue? (mostly throwout bearing issue) which a lot of 86 owner has. It makes sound last 2 inches when I press the clutch all the way.
If someone fixed this via warranty, let me know how it worked.. and also under which warranty either Comprehensive or Powertrain.
Saw lots of ppl fixed this through Powertrain warranty in US (my Comprehensive warranty ended 2 months ago but only 38K clicks I have).

I replied to the FB thread as well. You're going to have a hard time getting it done under warranty. They consider it a wearable part under warranty with the clutch.

I'm replacing mine this week because of this issue.

I have the same issue, car is 2014 @42k kms. I will still try to go to the dealership to see if they can do something about it.

Yeah let me know if ure dealership agree to fix under warranty!

I already upgraded my clutch and pressure plate, and replaced the throwout bearing. The sound is still there afterwards. I don't hear it when I'm driving, only when parked with the engine off.

There was already a thread on this before. Try lubing the clutch pedal fork first (I haven't tried yet).

Finally got a chance to go to the dealer to get this fixed. They replaced the release fork and bearing under the comprehensive warranty. Dealership was Erin Park Toyota. Ask for Helena as your service adviser!

2013 with 77k and I just started experiencing this issue within the past month.

I get a bit of a squeal when the car is cold and I depress the clutch. Even if I just lightly rest my foot on the pedal, I hear it a bit (clutch spring removed too so I have a bit of slack at the top). It seems to go away once warmed up but it's definitely clutch-related because it stops as soon as I let the pedal out.

You know what's weird, the squeak is now gone from my clutch pedal with this hot weather hahahahaha!

I had this problem last year.
