OBD2 to phone app?
So I got an OBD cable from amazon to connect my laptop to my car and use techstream, and I also have an adapter to connect any USB device to my phone. My phone can now access flash drives, hard drives, use keyboards, mice, and essentially I can hook up my phone to my car.
Anybody know of an app that can take advantage of this equipment? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk |
I think most people are running Torque?

I just got a blue tooth reader and was going to try the Torque app.
Does any one know if the free version is OK, or just spend the 5 bucks and get the full version? |

I got the paid app :D but... I haven't been able to use it cuz when I connect it to my car using the adapter, on the top of the screen it says Error: Admin does not have android permissions. Any ideas guys? I checked the app permissions on my phone settings and I allowed it all its asking for (not that I have the choice to even revoke permissions).
