Stiction in steering

I've had my BRZ for two weeks and just passed 1000 miles. So far no issues and loving the car.

I did notice that the steering has a tight or sticky (stiction) feeling on center and a bit on each side off center. It has gotten a little more free with some miles.

When traveling down a straight road you can feel it as you keep car going straight...it lacks a fluidity.

Anyone else notice this?

No, if anything most of these cars like to wander when going down the highway. I think you should have the dealership take a look at it. You don't want the steering to really stick while you're driving.

Mine feels dead and vague on center, but that's about it.
