When you consider that he willingly rammed a car I highly doubt that revoking his license will keep him off the road.

i have several times a week during my commute, i never do it but some people just snap.

the video of course is not long enough. We have no idea what happened to make the guy take out the phone and start recording. Odds are both drivers are morons that should not be allowed to drive, that crap is never one sided.
