5 axis spoiler coming off

So my duck tail spoiler seems to be coming off and I'm curious as to if anyone else is having this issue?
Through the gaps under and on top I can see the double sided tape is no longer sticking in some parts and is only holding from a few points. I had the car worked on earlier this year (rear ended/keyed) but the shop I used assured me they used all new parts.
I'm stuck between fixing it on my own which I don't trust myself to redo or even have the patience to remove the old 3m, or taking it back to the shop that broke my side reflectors and tried to Tape them back on and hoped I wouldn't notice.
Any advice?

Contact 5Axis and they should have an install kit with alignment templates you can buy separate. Just go to another body shop and have them install it,

Not a good idea, the tape works. You need to have a body shop do the inserts into the spoiler if you decide to do this and they have to seal the holes properly also. Could be expensive but there isn't enough meat to these to allow for this.

OP live in cali, those tapes will be greassy and spoiler can get off easly. Best bet is polyurerthane glue (same glue used for windshield) and drill.

FIVE:AD, aka 5Axis, has discontinued selling their products, but yeah you can try contacting them as stevesnj suggested for a new installation kit here: http://www.fivead.net/#top

If your spoiler is coming off it's probably because the installation area was not prepared properly before it was installed. My 5Axis spoiler has been on for over a year and it's rock solid.

Before installation, the installation area should first be cleaned with 91% isopropyl alcohol (available at Walmart) and then 3M primer applied to where the spoiler will be installed. 5Axis includes the 3M primer with their spoilers.

You don't need to drill. Re-install the the spoiler properly with new 3M tape.

What he said ^ And primer needs to be applied on spoiler and trunk side

Talked to one of the guys from Five:AD (believe his name was Troy) and got a kit ordered with all the necessary items to reinstall including the 3m tape. He was very helpful and had a tracking number for me with in an hour or so of my order.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions!
