Unless I'm missing something it's just the pinch weld folded over, looks like the jack or jackstand missed the doubled up lift point... slightly irritating, but I wouldn't sweat it.

It's totaled. If you continue to drive it the chassis will over heat causing it to bend and snap. Unfortunately the brake point will be just right under your seat. So when it does brake the shrapnel will cut through and quite literally cut off your junk.

But fear not I'll buy it off you for about $500.

Joking aside, if your worried about it a pair of pliers maybe a hammer and your done. Unless your anorexic 12 year vegan, then you might want to get some help.

I did not jacking up the car to save the cat..
It is on a kind of city highway.. the cars are jammed, I saw a cat just near my fender and then I tried to grab her, but she escaped under the car, I tried for ten minutes to find a solution to grab her but never succeed...
So the cat got crashed without hope.
I noticed the fold today when I re-check this sad moment..

so you all think the fold is due to the bad manipulation of the jack/lifter ? I only did the service in the dealer's authorised shop.. But I doubt if they can still admit it the service was two weeks ago..

I don't think a cat could cause that damage, but I don't know for sure.

sorry for my bad english ..

the death of cat is not due to the Brz.. the cat tried to high from the traffic under the Brz, once the Brz is moved, the cat got crushed certainly by the following cars.. imagine an enclosed high way..

then the damage should be occurred on the road with big hole or in the service center earlier, nothing relevant with the cat..

Yes, probably hit something. See the broken plastic. Not likely from service.

Nah. Look at the shape and spacing of the bends. That is from a poorly place swing arm hoist.

@xtral
Like has been said it is not a big deal and nothing to worry about. Nice job on at least attempting to save the cat.

A small mystery about the dent. Add one cat . . .

Thank you for trying to save the cat. Don't waste your breath trying to explain it to these hyenas -- we prowl these pages looking for things to howl about.

And compared to most who post here, your English is more than sufficient! Many who were born to English can be completely incomprehensible.
